These Terms of Service govern your use of AffiliHub's affiliate tracking platform. By creating an account, you agree to these terms. If something here doesn't make sense, email us at [email protected] - we'd rather clarify now than deal with confusion later.

What You're Getting

AffiliHub provides cloud-based software for managing casino affiliate programs. This includes tracking tools, reporting dashboards, commission management, and API access. We host everything - you don't install anything locally.

Your subscription gives you access to the features in your selected plan. We'll notify you 30 days before making significant changes to core functionality. Minor updates and improvements happen continuously without notice.

What We Expect From You

You're responsible for:

  • Maintaining accurate account information and securing your login credentials
  • Ensuring your affiliate program complies with gambling regulations in your operating jurisdictions
  • Not using our platform for fraudulent tracking, fake traffic generation, or other sketchy practices
  • Paying your invoices on time (we're not a bank)
  • Not attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell our software

If you violate these terms, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account. We'll try to contact you first unless the violation involves fraud or legal issues.

Data and Privacy

You own your data - affiliate records, conversion tracking, commission history, all of it. We just store and process it for you.

We use your data only to provide our service and improve our platform. Read our Privacy Policy for specifics on what we collect and how we handle it. Short version: we're not selling your affiliate data to third parties.

You can export your data anytime through your dashboard. If you cancel, we'll retain your data for 90 days (in case you change your mind), then permanently delete it.

Service Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime, but we're not guaranteeing it because networks fail, DDoS attacks happen, and cloud providers have bad days. We'll notify you about planned maintenance at least 48 hours in advance.

If something breaks, we'll fix it as fast as possible. Check status.affilihub.com for real-time system status.

Payment Terms

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually based on your plan. We charge your payment method automatically at the start of each billing cycle.

No refunds on monthly plans. Annual plans get prorated refunds if you cancel within the first 60 days. After that, you're committed through the end of your billing period.

If your payment fails, we'll retry three times over 10 days. After that, your account gets suspended until payment clears.

Liability Limits

Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months. We're not liable for lost profits, data loss, or indirect damages.

This sounds harsh, but it's standard for SaaS platforms. We maintain errors and omissions insurance and take security seriously - we're just not absorbing unlimited legal risk.

Changes to These Terms

We'll update these terms occasionally. Material changes get emailed to all active accounts 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

Dispute Resolution

If we have a disagreement, let's talk first: [email protected]. Most issues get resolved through conversation.

If that fails, disputes are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA, and resolved through binding arbitration rather than court litigation.
